Welcome to New Life Students to Scholars!

At New Life Students to Scholars, we are more than just an afterschool program, we're a community dedicated to seeing students grow, thrive, and succeed. For over 20 years, we have been a pillar of support for families in the Vine City and English Avenue neighborhoods, and now we are bringing a fresh and exciting approach to learning.

Our program is designed to not only help students meet grade-level expectations but also to spark their curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Each day begins with enriching hands-on activities, from crafting to STEAM-based games that foster problem-solving, teamwork, and social skills. This time also allows our tutors to build meaningful connections with students, ensuring they feel seen and supported. Afterward, we come together for a family-style dinner, reinforcing the sense of belonging that makes S2S so special. Lastly, we dive into the heart of our mission, one-on-one tutoring, providing the personalized academic support that our students need to excel.
